What is Product Management?

Ensuring that the most impactful work is being worked on through strategy and execution are critical responsibilities in this role. Here is a collection of what I consider to be some of the fundamentals of product management.

  • Know your domain.

    In order to truly be capable to own priority a product manager must understand the needs of the business and customer.
